v a   v a   v o o m
 
 
 
I have had this dresser in my studio for about a month not really inspired to paint it.
 
I knew I wanted to do something different with it.
 

 
 
I wanted to go out of the box a bit.
 
 
I wanted to go a bit sexy, like a bright red lipstick color.
 

 
This piece was dry brushed in a high gloss enamel, then I went back after it dried with steel wool and distressed it.
 
 
 
 
 
This one will be delivered to Poppy & Co on Sunday. I will need help bringing it in, it is heavy!

  1. Good morning! I haven't popped over here for some time now and I'm not sure why because I love your work. The scale of the knobs is great... big and bold. Also, you have a great sense of contrast when you choose color for the two toned pieces. All around, beautiful work.
